Originally from Sacramento, I’ve loved calling San Luis Obispo my home for the past decade. As a former college athlete and avid gym-goer, I've spent the majority of my life training, competing, and recovering. Following my passion for body mechanics and movement, I’ve earned my license as a massage practitioner.
